Sautéed Shrimps from the Koilada area
served with Quinoa with citrus fruits, fennel, radish, pickled cucumber, capers and lemon oil
Slow-cooked Beef Tenderloin
served with Potato rosette with aromatic herbs, mushed peas and a sauce of sundried grapes
with Masticha cream, strawberry confit, salted caramel topped with caviar from Masticha liquor.
The meal is accompanied by delicious Greek wines.
