Cancellation Policy:

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to the event date and receive 100% refund (excluding the service fee). In case of cancellation due to bad weather or any other reason that calls for cancellation guest is entitled to choose alternative date or full refund.

Terms of Use:

• Dinner in the Sky voucher is valid for the date and time selected by the voucher holder and the selected menu.

• The voucher holder is able to cancel his/her voucher 3 days prior to the selected date. Any cancellations that do not obey to 3 days notice rule, will not be refunded.

• The voucher holder is obliged to be at the venue 30 minutes prior to the event and must show the voucher in order to participate in the event. The event organizer can deny the client’s access to the event in case the client is late or does not hold the voucher.

• In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or any other reason that calls for cancellation, according the event organizer, the voucher holder keeps the right to participate in a consequent event that will be available. If this is not possible, the voucher holder deserves a full refund of the amount, but no additional compensation.

• The maximum height of the elevation of the platform is 50 meters. The final height to which the platform is elevated during every single event is decided by the event organizer, who takes under consideration the area in which the venue is located, as well as the weather conditions.

• Personal data are collected and used in order to successfully organize the events and are neither posted or published. The client holds the right to protect his/her personal data and deny their usage according to laws that enforce the protection of personal data.

• Τhe final selection of the seat is to be made before the lift and has to be in accordance with the platform’s technical specifications.

• The event organizer holds the right to change the menu with no prior notice.

Ακυρωτική Πολιτική:

Ο πελάτης έχει το δικαίωμα ακύρωσης έως 3 ημέρες πρίν την ημερομηνία της εκδήλωσης. Σε περίπτωση αναβολής εξαιτίας κακών καιρικών συνθηκών ή για οποιοδήποτε άλλη αιτία για την οποία επιβάλλεται η αναβολή της εκδήλωσης ο πελάτης μπορεί να επιλέξει άλλη ημερομηνία ή να του επιστραφει το ποσό του εισητηρίου (εκτός του service fee).

Όροι Χρήσης:

• Το εισιτήριο για το Dinner in the Sky αφορά την ημερομηνία και ώρα που έχει επιλέξει ο πελάτης και μόνο και περιλαμβάνει το κατά περίπτωση προκαθορισμένο μενού.

• Ο πελάτης έχει δικαίωμα ακύρωσης έως 3 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία πραγματοποίησης της εκδήλωσης για την οποία έχει αγοράσει το εισιτήριο. Μετά την παρέλευση της ανωτέρω προθεσμίας, δεν είναι δυνατή η επιστροφή οποιουδήποτε μέρους του αντιτίμου του εισιτηρίου

• Ο πελάτης είναι υποχρεωμένος να βρίσκεται στο χώρο πραγματοποίησης της εκδήλωσης τουλάχιστον 30 λεπτά πριν την έναρξη και υποχρεούται να επιδείξει το αποδεικτικό αγοράς του εισιτηρίου του για να συμμετάσχει στην εκδήλωση. Ο διοργανωτής δύναται να αρνηθεί στον πελάτη την συμμετοχή του, σε περίπτωση καθυστερημένης άφιξης και / ή μη προσκόμισης του αποδεικτικού της συναλλαγής αγοράς του εισιτηρίου του.

• Σε περίπτωση αναβολής της εκδήλωσης εξαιτίας κακών καιρικών συνθηκών ή για οποιαδήποτε άλλη αιτία για την οποία επιβάλλεται η αναβολή της εκδήλωσης, κατά την κρίση του διοργανωτή, ή για οποιονδήποτε άλλο λόγο που ανάγεται στην υπαιτιότητα του διοργανωτή, ο πελάτης θα δικαιούται να συμμετάσχει στην επόμενη εκδήλωση όπου θα υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα, ή σε όποια άλλη διαθέσιμη ημερομηνία και ώρα της επιλογής του και σε περίπτωση που αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό, ο διοργανωτής θα οφείλει να επιστρέψει στον πελάτη το αντίτιμο του εισιτηρίου του, αποκλειόμενης οποιασδήποτε περαιτέρω αποζημίωσης του πελάτη.

• Το μέγιστο ύψος ανύψωσης της πλατφόρμας είναι 50 μέτρα. Το τελικό ύψος κατά την διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης το αποφασίζει ο διοργανωτής λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψη το σημείο πραγματοποίησης της εκδήλωσης καθώς και τις επικρατούσες καιρικές συνθήκες. Το ύψος μπορεί να διαφοροποιηθεί και κατά την διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης.

• Τα προσωπικά στοιχεία του πελάτη συλλέγονται και χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για τον σκοπό της επιτυχούς παροχής των σχετικών υπηρεσιών του διοργανωτή και δεν διαβιβάζονται ούτε κοινοποιούνται σε τρίτους. Ο πελάτης έχει τα δικαιώματα ενημέρωσης, πρόσβασης και υποβολής αντιρρήσεων όπως αυτά προβλέπονται από το Ν. 2472/1997 περί προστασίας του ατόμου από την επεξεργασία δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα.

• Η τελική επιλογή θέσης πραγματοποιείται την ημέρα της εκδήλωσης και εξαρτάται από τεχνικές παραμέτρους της πλατφόρμας.

• Ο διοργανωτής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να μεταβάλει το μενού χωρίς προειδοποίηση.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
